How to book your accommodation?

Versailles offers an large hotel rooms variety and accommodation for all budgets and tastes can be found in all city neighborhoods. On the occasion of the Neuroendoscopy 2007 Conference, rooms at several hotels in the Palais des Congrès de Versailles district have been pre-blocked for participants and their families. According to their location, some hotels are at walking distance from the Conference venue, some other a few minutes away by public transportation.

There will be no shuttle services provided by the Conference between the Conference hotels and the Palais des Congrès de Versailles.Pas de message d'intro validé

To make a reservation, you can:

• or by fax or post by completing the registration form

  and returning it to the Conference Office.

Please note:

• A 1 night-deposit will be required in order to guarantee your booking and the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your hotel bill when leaving.
• No phone reservations will be taken into consideration.
• A confirmation letter will be mailed to you recalling all the information of your accommodation request.
• A fixed charge of 20 € per reservation will be required for all hotel reservations.

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: April 10, 2007

Although the organisers will be unable to guarantee hotel rooms after April 10, 2007, every effort will be made to satisfy even late requests.

Room Rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room.

Reservations must be made through the Conference Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Conference. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.
Breakfast rates are per person per day.
